Worksite Location : Sartell, MN
Compensation : $60,000-$70,000 per year

What you'll do as the Accounts Payable Supervisor :

Enter and process supplier invoices into the Accounts Payable module of the ERP system

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of supplier invoice entry for the Accounts Payable team

Manage supplier payment processing and scheduled check runs

Ensure timely payments of invoices and maintain accurate records and control reports

Oversee workloads, assign balanced distribution of work on the team, and lead the monthly Accounts Payable close processes

Serve as knowledge expert for Accounts Payable transactional processes

Serve as the main contact for complicated supplier inquiries

Continually look for areas of improvement for accuracy and transactional efficiencies

Prepare and evaluate applicable reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for areas of process and procedure improvement

Provide direct supervision to the Accounts Payable team, providing continual training and coaching as needed

What you'll bring to the Accounts Payable Supervisor role :

Bachelor's degree in accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience

5 years of relevant experience (preferably in a high-volume AP environment)

1 years of supervisory experience

Proven ability to learn systems and processes, look for areas of inefficiency and make recommendations for improvement

NetSuite experience highly preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
