- Collaborate with insurance carriers to achieve optimal claim resolutions.
- Support loss control initiatives by identifying effective ways to reduce exposure.
- Coordinate and participate in claim review meetings.
- Enter relevant information into the company's software system, maintaining accuracy to avoid errors and omissions.
- Work closely with personal lines staff to identify claim issues, potential solutions, strategies, and services for clients.
- Analyze loss history and claim reports.
- Travel as necessary for client meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A combination of education and experience typically acquired through a high school degree or bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in claims processing, preferably in personal lines.
