Worksite Location : Plymouth, MN Compensation : $23.56-26.44 per hour What you'll do as the Associate Account Manager : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through advising and responding to all correspondence in a quick and accurate manner Review current insurance programs offering the right coverage at a competitive price Work collaboratively on a team to monitor and complete tasks in different workflows including, but not limited to shared email inboxes, phone ring groups, and the agency documentation system Maintain client files in the agency management system following standard company policies and procedures, ensuring #oneTEAM's mission of service Schedule, attend, and participate in personal lines meetings, training, and classes Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with partner insurance carriers Enter activity and other relevant documentation accurately into the company's software system(s) in accordance with company procedures Follow all federal and state regulations, and best practices for avoiding errors and omissions Continue professional development; pursue and maintain licensing and designations as applicable What you'll bring to the Associate Account Manager role : A combination of education and experience generally attained through a high school degree, bachelor's degree, and a minimum of 3 years customer service experience Willingness to obtain an insurance license Demonstrated success in customer service Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Self-starter who takes initiative to identify problems and lead by example Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Take the first step on your new career path!
