Contract Duration: 7-month contract to hire
Worksite Location: Minnetonka, MN or Madison, WI | Hybrid 3 days onsite
Compensation: $65 - $80 per hour depending on experience | W2
What you will do:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders, vendors, and employees at all levels.
- Lead and support continuous improvement efforts across seven key Value Streams.
- Evaluate, document, design, manage, and monitor end-to-end processes and underlying systems using Lean principles.
- Drive the transition from process improvement to implementation, ensuring long-term sustainability of changes.
- Utilize project management and organizational change management (OCM) skills to support implementation success.
- Oversee multiple headcounts and manage Business Process Consultants as needed.
- Work cross-functionally with Business and Technology teams to design future-state processes.
- Present insights and recommendations clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
What you will bring to the Business Process Engineering Manager role:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- 7 years of experience in Business Process Management, Business Analytics, Program & Project Management, or Business Operations.
- Health Plan/Payer and/or Healthcare experience (7 years required).
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with 7 years of experience.
- Experience with platform migrations (preferred).
- Knowledge of Healthrules and/or Cosmos (preferred).
- Proven leadership ability in managing large cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience in continuous improvement and implementation.
- Strong program and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Visio, Smartsheet, PowerPoint & SharePoint.
- Functional understanding of Agile methodology (preferred).
- Hands-on change management experience (preferred).
