  • Worksite Location : Coon Rapids, MN
  • Work Schedule : 8 : 00am-8 : 00pm, Monday-Thursday & 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm on Friday
  • Compensation : $20.00 per hour commission once converted

What you’ll do as a Collection Agent :

  • Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to collect on delinquent payments
  • Use problem-solving skills to achieve payment of debt
  • Locate consumer or follow up on a previous commitment obligations
  • Ensure compliance of both company and client policies
  • Gather data and document proper systems

    • What you’ll bring to the Collection Agent role :

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous collections experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent phone and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiating skills
  • General PC knowledge
  • Positive attitude
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
