- Worksite Location : Remote | CST or EST time zones preferred
- Compensation : $85,000-$100,000 annually bonus eligible up to 6%
What you’ll do as the Commercial Lines Account Manager :
Support the Producer in developing new business opportunities for existing clients and prospectsAnalyze certificate, endorsement, and audit requestsInitiate necessary corrections to ensure accuracy of dates, coverage, signatures, commission, premium, attachments, etc.Facilitate the flow of information from agents and underwriters to internal teams and / or clientsInitiate cancellation and non-renewal notices in a timely manner according to statutory and contractual requirementsRespond promptly to all requests from the internal team, (re)insurers, or clients regarding account servicing issuesInteract regularly with brokers, clients, and underwriters regarding certificatesProvide and / or assist with quotations and binders for new business, renewals, and endorsementsProactively initiate and coordinate renewal activity on assigned accountsReview client accounting history, respond to accounting inquiries, correct discrepancies, and contact clients on receivable collectionsProvide technical guidance to staff assisting with client needs or procedural issuesNotify brokers of pertinent information related to client retentionComply with agency management system data standards and data integrityWhat you’ll bring to the Commercial Lines Account Manager role :
