Worksite Location : Winchester, VA
Compensation : $100,000-$150,000 annually
What you’ll do as the Controller :
Manage all financial and costing operations, including a solid understanding of data flow and business operations with ERP and MRP systems
Drive intuitive graphical reporting for both financial and costing metrics as a tool for building Team knowledge and capabilities
Perform various month and year-end close duties, including audit and tax support
Provide monthly variance analysis and insight versus forecast and previous periods
Investigate cost accounting data and translate impact to the respective business unit
Own the capital expenditure process by making budget and actuals visible to the Team in a live manner
Work jointly with Treasury to understand cash position and manage both real and perceived costs
Support strategizing and execute tax strategies with ownership and tax accountant
Understand internal customer requirements and challenges by providing support and collaboration
Develop, implement, and maintain financials controls and guidelines to protect and grow the company
What you’ll bring to the Controller role :
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Previous experience in account and finance within the manufacturing industry
