Contract Duration : 11-months
Worksite Location : Plymouth, MN | Hybrid
Compensation : $25.00-$35.00 per hour
What you’ll do as a Digital Data Analyst :
Serve as a subject matter expert on eCommerce data layers, data collection, tag management tools, digital data, and analytics
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and consumer needs, gather qualitative and quantitative data, form hypotheses, develop predictions, and define success metrics
Analyze search visibility, authority, and organic keyword rankings using tools like Moz, Jungle Scout, and others to enhance product discoverability and SEO
Leverage business knowledge to identify and develop relevant KPIs that track and improve customer experience, marketing funnel progression, conversion rates, and revenue
Work closely with category stakeholders, digital product teams, UX, content, and marketing to understand visitor behavior, tell the customer story, and drive actionable change
Conduct complex analyses, develop solutions to business problems, and present formal insights and recommendations to product owners, designers, analysts, and decision-makers
Develop curated reporting to measure Marketplace performance across various areas such as page performance, product categories, dealer listings, ratings & reviews, content effectiveness, and more to inform content strategy
What you’ll bring to the Digital Data Analyst role :
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, analytics, statistics, computer science, economics, or a related field
1 years of experience in data analytics, reporting automation, and business analytics
1 years of experience in digital analytics, with a focus on multichannel optimization
Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Domo, Alteryx, or similar platforms
Familiarity with digital analytics data collection, data layers, tag management tools, and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
Experience with eCommerce marketplaces, their algorithms, and optimization best practices preferred
Strong understanding of conversion optimization, including best practices for responsive web, mobile apps, and digital marketing campaign
Proficiency with MS Power BI, MS SQL Studio, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.
Experience with digital marketing optimization, including SEO / SEM, email, display advertising, and remarketing
