Worksite Location : Maple Grove, MN
Compensation : $75,000-$80,000 annually
What you will do as the Director of Stewardship :
Serve as the primary liaison to union locals, providing strategic support and development to strengthen partnerships
Identify and nurture new business opportunities with unions, ensuring alignment with the credit union's goals
Act as a “concierge” to the unions, offering tailored services and solutions to meet their unique needs
Develop and implement marketing and promotional initiatives to engage union members with the credit union’s products and services
Create and execute campaigns to raise awareness of the credit union’s offerings, with a focus on union members
Support and assist in branding and promotional efforts for the credit union as a whole
Ensure effective communication and seamless execution of projects involving union locals and the credit union
What you will bring to the Director of Stewardship role :
Proven experience in business development, marketing, or promotions, ideally in a unionized environment or with a strong understanding of union operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
A “Jack or Jill of all trades” mindset, comfortable managing multiple tasks and adapting to changing needs
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with marketing campaigns, promotional strategies, and public relations
High level of customer service orientation and professional demeanor
