• Worksite Location: Blaine, MN | hybrid
• Compensation: $75,000-$100,000 annually

What you’ll do as the eCommerce Product Specialist:

• Manage and maintain the website on either Shopify or WordPress
• Ensure the website is running smoothly and securely, with minimal downtime
• Implement regular software and plugin updates for WordPress or ensure Shopify apps are up to date
• Troubleshoot and resolve any website issues, including performance, loading speeds, and functionality
• Add and update content regularly, including course pages, coaching services, blog posts, and product listings
• Optimize content for SEO to drive traffic and improve site rankings
• Oversee the online store for seamless product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment
• Implement and manage payment gateways, ensuring smooth transactions
• Configure and manage product pages, both for digital products (e.g., courses) and physical merchandise
• Set up and manage LMS (Learning Management System) integration for selling and delivering online courses (using LearnDash, LifterLMS, or Shopify apps like Courses by MageWorx)
• Handle membership or subscription models for recurring billing using appropriate tools or apps
• Monitor website performance and implement best practices to improve load times, mobile responsiveness, and user experience
• Implement and manage A/B testing and personalization strategies to enhance user experience

What you’ll bring to the eCommerce Product Specialist role:

• BS/BA Degree in Marketing, IT, or a business-related field
• 5-7 years of experience managing eCommerce websites or digital projects
• Proficient in Shopify and/or WordPress, including experience with both e-commerce platforms
• Familiarity with WooCommerce, LearnDash, LifterLMS, and other LMS course delivery systems
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for custom design or minor adjustments (strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other website performance tools
• Experience managing website security, backups, and troubleshooting
• Experience with e-commerce and online store management (product listings, shipping, and payment processing)
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and affiliate marketing strategies.
• Experience collaborating with web development agencies and managing integrations
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks with clear order of completion
