Contract Duration : 6 months
Worksite Location : Hartford, CT | Hybrid
Compensation : $60-70 / hr W2
What you’ll do as the Experience Design Ops Consultant :
Streamline Design Processes : Enhance design team efficiency by refining tools, processes, and frameworks.
Tool Onboarding & Adoption : Lead the onboarding process for enterprise design tools (e.g., Figma) and ensure smooth integration across teams.
Workflow Management Optimization : Implement and improve work tracking systems like Jira, tailored to the specific needs of design-focused teams.
Strategic Framework Development : Create and implement frameworks for assessing and measuring the impact of design initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, business, and external partners, to ensure the successful implementation of scalable solutions.
Training & Support : Design and deliver training sessions and workshops for design teams to foster ongoing adoption of tools and systems.
Performance Reporting : Develop strategies for tracking and reporting on the performance and impact of design initiatives.
What you’ll bring to the Experience Design Ops Consultant role :
Design Tool Expertise : Proficiency in Figma and other design tools, with the ability to conduct onboarding and training sessions.
Workflow Management Knowledge : Strong understanding of systems like Jira, including setup, customization, and design-focused work tracking best practices.
Strategic Vision : Experience in developing frameworks to measure the impact of design, allowing teams to report on progress and success.
Collaboration Skills : Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering strong communication and partnership.
Project Management Skills : Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and success.
Training & Facilitation Expertise : Ability to create detailed training materials and facilitate workshops to guide design teams toward effective tool usage.
Agile & Lean Methodology Understanding : Background in Agile, Lean, and other methodologies to help streamline design and product development processes.
