Contract Duration : 12-months
Worksite Location : Greensboro, NC | Hybrid
Compensation : $22 - $28 per hour depending on experience | W2 only
What you'll do as the Field Operations Support Assistant :
Modify and update workload reports based on field updates and project needs.
Process incoming construction reports from customers, Corporate Account Managers, and field teams.
Enter equipment orders as required for installations and other offerings.
Execute additional tasks and duties as directed by the manager.
Respond to a high volume of emails from customers, Corporate Account Managers, and field teams, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
What you'll bring to the Field Operations Support Assistant role :
Associate degree or equivalent experience.
6 years of professional experience in a related field.
Proficiency in PC and system operations, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suited to a relationship-driven, sales-focused environment.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, able to prioritize and manage multiple high-impact activities in a fast-paced setting.
Ability to quickly learn and understand products, programs, and applications tailored to customer needs.
Comfortability with learning new systems and reporting tools.
