Worksite Location : Bovey, MN
Compensation : $55,000-$62,000 per year
What you’ll do as a Financial Administrator :
Accurately process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
Verify invoices against purchase orders and receipts for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with vendors or internal teams
Monitor AP aging and prepare cash outflow projections
Monitor receivables and implement effective collection strategies
Generate cash inflow forecasts based on receivables trends
Manage employee time tracking and handle deductions for taxes and benefits
Handle payroll-related reporting, including W-2s and 1099s
Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow
Prepare and present monthly financial statements
Prepare reports on gross margins, identifying areas for improvement
What you’ll bring to the Financial Administrator role :
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance (preferred), or related field
3 years of experience in finance, accounting, and office administration
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; CETEC ERP experience is highly desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and cost accounting is a plus
