Job Description
As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring task boards and assigned email accounts to respond to customer and carrier inquiries
- Documenting events by utilizing knowledge gained through Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and experience, and adhering to defined escalation procedures and training when required
- Validating and ensuring the accuracy of load data in systems according to Customer Hazard Reporting (CHR) and customer standards
Requirements
To be successful as an Operations Coordinator, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Able to work evenings and/or weekends (dependent on select roles)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs preferred
- Demonstrated communication, prioritization, and time management skills
- Prior work experience that required attention to detail and accuracy
Contract Information
This is a contract position with a duration of 7 months. Compensation for this role is $00 per hour.
