- Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN | remote (MN residents only)
- Compensation: $50.00-$56.00 per hour
What you will do as the HR Business Partner:
- Collaborate with leaders to integrate HR functions with business goals and drive customer value, including promoting proactive organizational change
- Research, analyze, and address leader and employee concerns regarding HR policies, processes, and compliance
- Assist with job description creation/updates, compensation analysis, and equity reviews
- Support or lead the development and implementation of HR projects/programs to address client needs and improve processes
- Conduct exit interviews, identify themes, and address separation trends to enhance retention
- Partner with leaders to optimize organizational design, structure, and communication, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning, position requisitions, hiring decisions, and immigration processes
- Anticipate and resolve employee relations issues, consult with legal when necessary, and counsel leaders on workplace challenges
What you will bring to the HR Business Partner role:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of experience working in a Human Resources role or an advanced degree in Human Resources or related field
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates results orientation and a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to prioritize rapidly and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Working knowledge of employment law
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
- Willingness to commit to minimal travel (one to two trips per year)
