- Contract Duration: 4-months
- Worksite Location: Kennesaw, GA
- Compensation: $26-28.50/hr
What you'll do as the HR Business Partner:
- Provide strategic HR consultation on both operational and organizational issues by proactively assessing the work environment and culture. Identify areas of improvement and implement programs focused on talent development, employee engagement, recognition, rewards, and overall organizational health.
- Support the growth of two Ecolab production facilities by collaborating cross-functionally with management, ensuring compliance with HR best practices, and maintaining a strong organizational culture.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers in areas such as employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, payroll, and policy/procedure-related concerns.
- Support the annual salary and bonus planning processes, contributing to the development of the Talent Plan.
- Facilitate training programs for employees and managers in areas such as performance management, employee engagement, leadership development, talent assessment, and succession planning.
- Lead Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives within the function/division.
- Participate in and/or lead Talent Council meetings, supporting talent initiatives across the organization.
- Provide HR data and reporting to leadership, promoting data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
- Contribute to corporate-wide HR service delivery improvement projects.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition specialists to ensure the organization’s recruiting needs are met effectively.
What you'll bring to the HR Business Partner role:
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
- Experience working with both exempt and non-exempt employees.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with labor relations, training, employee/manager onboarding, and HR systems such as Workday.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- No immigration sponsorship available.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, or a related field.
- MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in employee relations and active listening skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational, time, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies, influence decision-makers, and implement solutions.
