  • Worksite Location : St. Louis Park, MN
  • Compensation : $25.00-$27.00 per hour

What you will do as the Insurance Service Specialist :

  • Answering inbound and making outbound telephone calls servicing Senior clients
  • Conversations with Clients and Customers; providing information about company services
  • Scheduling appointments and gathering client information with accuracy and efficiency
  • Contacts clients to obtain missing information or data
  • Supporting Sales Team, setting appointments, confirmations and follow-up calls
  • Client base is 65 so experience with dealing with Senior Aged Clients is a plus
  • Working on various computer systems including Microsoft products and Salesforce
  • Data entry of client information into company database with accuracy and efficiency
  • Able to follow directions and work independently but also able to work as a team to accomplish company goals
  • Provide support to existing office administrative staff during completion of application and filing process which may include sorting, copying, scanning, faxing, filing, and mailing

    • What you will bring to the role as the Insurance Service Specialist :

  • 3 years of office support, administrative assistant and customer service experience
  • 1 years of Medicare or Health Insurance knowledge
  • Background at local or national insurance companies dealing with Medicare or health insurance products desired but not required
  • High Proficiency with MS Office - including Word, Excel and Outlook and others
  • Experience with Salesforce platform
  • Ability to pass Annual Medicare AHIP Training and certification
  • Experience with Social Media Marketing
  • Basic website maintenance through Word Press
