Worksite Location : remote
Contract Duration : 3-months
Compensation : $30-35 / hr
What you’ll do as the Inventory Planner :
Accurately and effectively set up Oracle attributes to align material replenishment with planning methodologies.
Collaborate with Business Units to refine material forecasts.
Develop and improve materials planning processes to ensure an efficient planning organization within an Oracle ERP / Tools Group environment.
Track and manage inventory performance across all Branch locations.
Ensure material availability in accordance with Branch Stock Plans, while driving inventory level reductions and increasing inventory turns.
Optimize material flow and efficiency through continuous improvement of inventory management strategies and tactical execution.
Analyze and manage minimum / maximum planned material levels and safety stock levels.
Act as the escalation point for materials-related issues or conflicts to support Branch operations.
Perform additional planning and logistics-related duties as assigned.
What you’ll bring to the Inventory Planner role :
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field preferred; or equivalent experience, such as formal training in materials management.
Experience in roles such as Master Scheduler, Production Control Analyst, or similar, in a build-to-order environment preferred.
Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
Proven track record in Materials operations and implementation.
Intermediate proficiency with spreadsheets.
SQL knowledge is beneficial but not required.
Strong attention to detail with a systems-oriented mindset; analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects within established timelines.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude; takes initiative to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
Team player mindset who can maintain focus in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing requirements.
