Worksite Location : St. Paul, MN
Compensation : $22.00 per hour
What you will do as a Logistics Support Representative :
Update TMS timely to continually reflect accurate information
Retrieve documents, identify document types, and scan / image the documents
Assist with billing and pre-billing requirements
Communicate with other Project Coordinators, carriers, and vendors via phone, email, and IM
High level customer, vendor, and carrier interaction via phone and email
Evaluate and make best practice routing decisions
Work cohesively with team to provide superior customer service
Communicate with internal team via phone, email, IM, and in-person
Quote rates to all potential and current customers
Utilize Microsoft Office regularly, specifically Excel to monitor and input relevant account information
What you will bring to the Logistics Support Representative role :
Strong communication skills to effectively exchange information via phone, computer, and in-person
Understanding of Koch Logistics customer / vendor rates and ability to quote rates to all potential and current customers
Team oriented
Time management with strong sense of urgency
Basic computer and business proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Understand importance and legalities of transportation documents being handled
