Marketing Associate Job Description
The Marketing Associate supports the marketing team in executing campaigns and initiatives to promote products, services, or the overall brand. This role involves a mix of creativity, organization, and analytical skills to help drive business growth and brand awareness.
What you’ll do as a Marketing Associate :
Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences
Create and edit marketing content, including social media posts, emails, blogs, and promotional materials
Manage and monitor social media accounts, responding to inquiries and engaging with audiences
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate marketing efforts
Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports with actionable insights
Support event planning and execution, such as trade shows, webinars, or product launches
Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
What you’ll bring to the Marketing Associate role :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
1 years of experience in marketing or a related role (entry-level candidates may also be considered)
Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing tools)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies, SEO, and content creation
Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
