- Contract Duration: 10-months
- Worksite Location: Minnetonka, MN or Madison, WI | hybrid
- Compensation: $35-40/hr
- Required: Professional experience in the health insurance industry, specifically supporting commercial lines.
What you will do as a Marketing Project Manager:
- Set up and manage project schedules in workflow tools.
- Oversee the daily management of tasks and deliverables in Robohead.
- Route projects for required review and approval processes.
- Release projects for production and distribution, ensuring timely market delivery.
- Facilitate weekly status meetings and create status reports for stakeholders.
- Track and report project status, addressing any roadblocks and proposing solutions for off-track projects.
- Coordinate “forward planning” meetings to prioritize upcoming and current work, and identify potential bottlenecks.
What you will bring to the Marketing Project Manager role:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management or a related role.
- Strong experience in PowerPoint.
- Experience in Product Marketing
- Professional experience in the health insurance industry, specifically supporting commercial lines.
- Proven ability to successfully drive complex campaigns from planning through execution.
- Experience managing multiple deliverables across different timelines.
- Experience working with various media types, including print and digital.
- Familiarity with workflow management software, preferably Robohead.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly adapt to changing timelines and requirements.
- Comfortable working in environments with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
