Dahl Consulting has partnered with a leading outdoor and sporting goods manufacturer to fill a contract-to-hire Operations and Sales Support Specialist role.
Hourly Rate
The hourly rate for this position is $25.00-$30.00.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage orders, including reviewing product availability.
- Create and maintain customer accounts.
- Fulfill customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Document and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Communicate with the off-site warehouse regarding order status and shipping details.
- Manage the co-op advertising program for all customers.
- Maintain relationships with domestic and international distributors.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to resolve invoice inquiries.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements and Qualifications
- An associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is highly desired.
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is mandatory.
- Previous experience working with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft D365, is an asset.
- Candidates should be proactive, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
