Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through advising and responding to correspondence in a timely manner
- Provide expert advice and counsel on personal lines matters to assigned accounts
- Review current insurance programs to offer the right coverage at a competitive price
- Maintain client files in the agency management system following standard company policies and procedures
- Schedule, attend, and participate in personal lines meetings, training, and classes
- Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with partner insurance carriers
- Ensure timely responses to phone calls, messages, and emails
- Enter activity and other relevant documentation accurately into the company's software system(s)
- Follow federal and state regulations, as well as best practices for avoiding errors and omissions
- Continuously develop professional skills and pursue relevant licenses and designations
