Principal Architect (Contract-to-Hire)
Compensation: $160K–$170K Bonus Potential
Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week

We’re seeking a Principal Architect to lead application architecture strategy and execution across cross-functional teams including Product, DevOps, Data Science, and Engineering. You’ll provide architectural oversight, enforce engineering best practices, and ensure designs meet performance, scalability, and security standards. This role also influences tech direction, mentors teams, and contributes to complex enterprise-level solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead architecture vision and governance
- Solve complex problems with enterprise impact
- Translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Guide and coach engineering teams
- Drive adoption of scalable, secure design patterns
- Influence innovation and tech leadership
What You Bring:
- 10 years in Software Engineering
- 8 years in architecture/design
- 5 years in technical leadership
- Proven cloud experience in Microsoft Azure
- Strong grasp of microservices, IaC, CI/CD, and system design patterns
- Bachelor's in a technical field
