  • Contract Duration : 12-months
  • Worksite Location : Minneapolis, MN
  • Compensation : $18.00-$19.00 per hour

What you’ll do as the Site Logistics Coordinator :

  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and working order of 8 laboratories
  • Manage and coordinate the receipt of at least two delivery cycles per day, ensuring all items are appropriately handled and distributed
  • Ensure all lab equipment is in good working condition and report any issues for timely resolution
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring that necessary supplies are stocked and properly stored
  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitation tasks according to established protocols
  • Serve as a point of contact for delivery personnel and manage the logistics of incoming shipments
  • Report any maintenance or safety concerns in the labs to appropriate personnel
  • Collaborate with lab staff and management to ensure the smooth operation of laboratory environments

    • What you’ll bring to the Site Logistics Coordinator role :

  • Ability and willingness to be on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Proficient communication skills
  • Ability to interact with multiple business segments
  • Past experience in restaurant, retail, or food establishments is helpful
