Contract Duration : contract-to-hire | 6-months
Worksite Location : Minnetonka, MN | onsite as needed
Compensation : $100,000 - $120,000
What you will do as a Sr. Scrum Master :
Product Team Management (30%) : Support planning, financial forecasting, mentoring junior Scrum Masters, and creating business stakeholder partnerships.
Agile Team Leadership & Feature Delivery (50%) : Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and team productivity. Ensure high-quality product delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Application Management (10%) : Maintain knowledge of systems, applications, and vendor partnerships.
What you will bring to the Sr. Scrum Master role :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Information Systems (or equivalent).
Experience : 5 years in IT Scrum Master or related roles, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Lean / Kanban). Experience in UI / Digital Front End and IT infrastructure.
Certifications : Certified Scrum Master and formal Agile training required.
