Contract Duration : 12-months
Worksite Location : Minneapolis, MN
Compensation : $18.00-$19.00 per hour
What you’ll do as the Site Logistics Coordinator :
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and working order of 8 laboratories
Manage and coordinate the receipt of at least two delivery cycles per day, ensuring all items are appropriately handled and distributed
Ensure all lab equipment is in good working condition and report any issues for timely resolution
Oversee inventory management, ensuring that necessary supplies are stocked and properly stored
Perform routine cleaning and sanitation tasks according to established protocols
Serve as a point of contact for delivery personnel and manage the logistics of incoming shipments
Report any maintenance or safety concerns in the labs to appropriate personnel
Collaborate with lab staff and management to ensure the smooth operation of laboratory environments
What you’ll bring to the Site Logistics Coordinator role :
Ability and willingness to be on your feet for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
Proficient communication skills
Ability to interact with multiple business segments
Past experience in restaurant, retail, or food establishments is helpful
