Contract Duration : 6-months
Worksite Location : Sugar Land, TX | Hybrid
Compensation : $25-27 / hour

What you'll do as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator :

Coordinate and manage administrative tasks related to all post-offer candidate contingencies, including background screenings, drug tests, DOT compliance checks, and medical physicals

Ensure the smooth execution of employment processes, ensuring proper record-keeping and adherence to all employment-related responsibilities

Oversee the job posting process, ensuring that postings are accurately managed both internally and externally

Handle the administrative aspects of candidate communications, including scheduling pre-employment screenings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing offer and rejection correspondence, as well as handling candidate expense reimbursements

Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders (such as recruiters, HR business partners, hiring managers, HRIS, the Training Department, and Field Analysis & Planning) and external stakeholders (including candidates, vendors, and universities)

What you'll bring to the Talent Acquisition Coordinator role :

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is preferred

1 years of experience in recruiting or Human Resources

Working knowledge of OFCCP requirements

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships

Must project poise and confidence

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Knowledge and experience using Workday
