Worksite Location : St. Cloud, MN, Bismarck ND or Fargo, ND
Compensation : $70,000-$100,000 per year
Benefits : Health, Dental, and Vision. We also have Life Insurance, STD, EAP, 401K (3% match), ESOP
What you will do as a Technical Solutions Specialist :
Organize and coordinate requirements gather and solution design collaborative sessions with customers, partners, and other technical resources of all levels
Work with customers or prospects to understand their needs and architect technical solutions with sales and engineering
Build and maintain ongoing customer relationships to achieve new opportunity growth targets
Align with key vendors to leverage programs, tools, and relationships to enable sales opportunities
Collaborate with sales and services teams to develop, prepare, and deliver RFPs
Support marketing by attending trade shows, conferences, and other related events
Provide technical guidance and education to the sales team, customers, and prospects
What you will bring to the Technical Sales Specialist role :
5 years of customer-facing technical sales experience in the IT industry
Experience with data security best practices, cloud computing, and network management
Experience with creating and presenting Statements of Work
Strong understanding of network designs and configurations
