Worksite Location : Chaska, MN (Hybrid) Local Candidates only
Compensation : $190,000-200,000 per year bonus

What you’ll do as the VP of Finance :
Manage banking relationships
Direct the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance
sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports
Perform risk management by analyzing the company’s liabilities and investments
Compare sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual
expenses; oversee any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets
Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the company’s operations
Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports for CEO, management team and other
departments
Manage the implementation of the company’s finance and business management software
systems
Direct and oversee the management of IT related activities and contractors, including
selection, implementation, and use of ERP systems
Supervise all activities of accounting department and its personnel
Set goals for departments and individuals
What you will bring to the VP of Finance role :
Proven experience as VP of Finance or CFO in the manufacturing or construction industry
Experience with ERP Systems, and preferably ERP implementations
Demonstrated history of performing hands-on work to get projects across the line
Experience working closely with Operations department at previous companies
Strong analytical skills and the ability to do their own analysis from various sources
