Contract Duration : 6 months
Worksite Location : Minnetonka, MN | Remote or Hybrid
Compensation : $41.00 per hour

What you will do as a Workforce Management Analyst :

Develop and justify volume forecasts using historical data, internal trends, and business rationale

Create and maintain FTE forecasts within operational budgets, using productivity assumptions and relevant improvements for a specific business area

Reconcile forecasts and assumptions within a workforce management model to ensure alignment with business expectations

Collaborate with management to ensure forecasts and schedules align with service level targets and annual budget management goals

What you will bring to the Workforce Management Analyst role :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field

3 years of related work experience beyond degree

Prior experience in a medium to large operational call-center environment preferred

Strong ability to create, maintain, and provide accurate forecasts and optimized schedules to meet service level targets

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Strong ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects with attention to detail

Effective communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of management
