We're currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Assistant General Manager in Sedona, AZ. The Assistant General Manager is the heart and soul of our operation, leading our dedicated team and ensuring an unforgettable experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of all aspects of the restaurant, dining room, and private dining spaces
- Regular review and administration of our POS system
- Engagement with our distinguished Chef team to discuss relevant service and kitchen issues
- Supervision of floor management and coordination of floor logistics, including server sessions and customer requests
- Maintenance of federal, state, and local regulations
- Hiring, training, and leading an exceptional team, creating a positive and productive work environment

Qualifications:
