Schedule : Every Saturday and Sunday, 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM
Compensation : Work 24 hours, earn wages equivalent to 32 hours (bonus for full weekend completion)
Job Summary
Dahlia Gardens of NC is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Baylor Schedule to provide high-quality nursing care during weekend shifts. This role is perfect for a skilled and compassionate nurse looking to maximize earnings while working a set weekend schedule.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and document changes in their health status.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Educate residents and families on health conditions and care procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment while adhering to infection control policies.
