Looking for Crew members to join our team! Here at Dahlkemper Landscape Architects & Contractors we have been in business for 70 years and we are looking for Landscape Laborers to join our team. We hire positive, highly motivated, hard working individuals who want a career with growth potential in Landscape Construction and maintenance.

Responsibilities :
To facilitate and efficiently work with Foreman to complete proposed construction installations with the highest quality of work possible.
Maintain high standards of workmanship.
Maintain neat and clean job site as well as trucks and equipment.
Coordinate with Foreman to achieve the above duties.
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude.
Take direction and
Provide Job tasks for laborers at all times.
Continually train, guide, and monitor laborers.
Work with the Crew members.
Operate equipment such as skid steer, excavator, truck with trailers and other.
Interact with Clients to provide friendly customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Like working outside
Able to lift 50 lbs
Ability to learn and retain new skills
Experience in construction related work
Good communication skills
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
You must have a valid driver’s license, pass a drug screen, background check. You must also be able to complete a PA DOT physical.
Pay Range $16.50-$22 Based on Experience
Job Specifications: (Not Limited too)
Construction: Plantings, Patios, Water Features/Ponds, Entertainment Areas, Arbor Care, Lake Bank Stabilizations, Lighting for residential and commercial properties.
