Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage laundry operations by washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and towels.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in accordance with safety standards.
- Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and buffing to maintain cleanliness in public areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Adhere to established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Assist with custodial duties as needed in common areas, hallways, and restrooms.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
