POSITION SUMMARY:
The Account Manager/ Senior Account Manager is primarily responsible for all customer relations for the company. Responsibilities include supporting new and existing customers including preparing quotes, forecasting, attending meetings with customers, reviewing customers quarterly, and acting the main contact for all customer inquiries.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Builds and maintains long-lasting customer relationships.
- Serves as the main point of contact for any and all matters specific to customer relations.
- Forecasts and tracks key account metrics.
- Releases jobs.
- Prepares quotes and consistently performs the necessary follow up on quotes.
- Orders preparation and inventory management.
- Travels to customer site for quarterly reviews.
- Meetings - sales, closed job, company, and production
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Marketing tasks as directed by Sales Management.
- Other tasks and duties, as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
· Technical Degree or applicable experience in metal fabrication industry preferred
· Experience as an Account Manager or related role.
· Customer Service Experience
· Excellent understanding of business software including but not limited to Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook, and Word
· Must have a valid driver’s license.
Skills and Abilities:
· Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.
· Strong interpersonal skills.
· Project management experience is a plus
· Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
· Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

· Ability to be a team member and work cooperatively with others.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
