Project Manager - Construction

Join our team as an Industrial Construction Project Manager in New London, MN! This role involves delivering on customer commitments outlined in proposals, maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders, overseeing project bidding, and managing schedules and budgets. Key responsibilities include project pre-planning, subcontract writing, material procurement, Procore setup, quality inspections, invoicing, project commissioning, facilitating meetings, and ensuring compliance with insurance requirements.

We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field, along with 3 years of industrial process and/or commercial construction experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Procore, a basic understanding of SolidWorks, and the ability to work with various tools and climb ladders are required. Preferred competencies include PMP certification, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, critical path scheduling, and knowledge of sanitary construction requirements.
