Carpet Cleaning Technician
Duties:
- Perform carpet cleaning services for commercial clients
- Operate carpet cleaning equipment and tools
- Conduct pre-inspections of carpets to determine the appropriate cleaning method
- Apply cleaning solutions and treatments to carpets
- Use specialized equipment to extract dirt, stains, and moisture from carpets
- Move furniture and other items as needed to access and clean carpets
- Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with company standards and client specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work area
Skills:
- Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques, equipment, and products
- Ability to operate carpet cleaning machinery effectively and safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify stains, spots, and areas requiring special treatment
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy equipment, and move furniture as necessary
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
