Graphic Designer

DAI, Utah’s foremost land developer, is looking for an experienced graphic designer ready to work with a small team doing big things. Our marketing department handles all the branding, digital marketing, and collateral for several new home communities, as well as townhome rental communities. Requirements

- Ability to organize and complete tasks with tight deadlines

- Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, with an in-depth knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

- Working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- Basic understanding of Wordpress

- Basic understanding of social media marketing

- Extreme attention to detail

- Ability to work intelligently and collaboratively; must be able to give and take constructive criticism

- Team-oriented

- Exemplary writing and verbal communication skills

- Minimum 2-5 years experience as a graphic designer

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

- Create branded materials for DAI and all communities

- Photoshop existing photography and occasional photography of product

- Social media support—developing ideas, posting, writing, editing, and creating assets and infographics

- Design marketing materials for print and digital advertising

- Create marketing materials for sales events including printed collateral, digital ads, and eblasts

- Utilize Teamwork to manage tasks and projects

Extra skills preferred, but not required

- Shoot and edit videos as well as create informational videos for all entities

- Participate in creating automated marketing conversion funnels and the creative to support it

- Create email marketing campaigns
