Role Description
Daia Orthodontics is seeking a skilled and licensed dentist with experience in orthodontics to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in patient care and have expertise in bonding brackets, making orthodontic adjustments, and performing debands to ensure beautiful, healthy smiles. This role can be full-time or part-time and will be on-site in Rochester Hills, MI.
Responsibilities:
- Bond brackets for braces with precision and attention to detail.
- Perform adjustments on braces to align with treatment plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct debanding procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with the orthodontic team to ensure treatment plans are followed correctly.
- Educate patients on oral care practices to maintain orthodontic progress.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
- Ensure patients are comfortable, welcomed, and happy.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Dentist with active licensure in Michigan
- New Grad okay
- Proven experience in orthodontic procedures, including bonding, adjustments, and debanding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
