Position Summary
The Inventory Control Coordinator maintains the inventory database and ensures daily inventory levels meet distribution and operational needs.
Responsibilities
Enters data into inventory database about quantities of issued and transferred parts and inventory
- Resolve Inventory shortage discrepancies
- Receive manufactured parts into stock and issue out to upcoming jobs
- Consolidate manufactured parts to maximize shelf space
- Assist in daily tasks to assure productivity efficiency
- Identify parts through the use of SAP and drawings
- Audit locations for part and count for accuracy (i.e., work order and 3-Stage put away checks)
- Investigate missing stock parts needed for work orders and sales orders
- Monitor and keep an updated shortage list available for the Inventory Management team
- Employees are responsible to comply with all requirements of Daifuku's QMS policies and procedures.
- Employees are to ensure sustainable process outputs that drive continuous improvement to provide leading industry performance and exceptional customer satisfaction.
