Monday - Friday (7:30 AM - 3:30 PM); (8 AM – Noon)
JOB TITLE: CLEANING TECHNICIAN
REPORTS TO: Commercial Supervisor and Manager
JOB PURPOSE: The basic function of the cleaning technician is to work either independently or in a team to perform daily cleaning duties in accordance with the specifications provided by DCS.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for completing commercial, apartment turnovers and post construction cleaning projects to DCS satisfaction
- Responsible for taking inventory of supplies and reporting deficiencies to supervisor
- Promptly correct any client complaints and address any issues noted by management
- Learn and perform floor care cleaning tasks as necessary
- Clock in and out properly
- Opportunity for more hours by filling in for absent employees, occasionally working an extended shift
- Notify the supervisor of any issues experienced, be an outstanding communicator
- Trained in all of the above by supervisor
- Follow directives given by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Required: High School graduate or G.E.D.
- Drug Screening
- Background Check
Experience:
- 1 year of demonstrated experience cleaning commercial offices
