Supports the Daiichi Sankyo global locations by administering CI-LIB's content portfolio. Assists in selecting, procuring, and managing information resources, with careful consideration of business needs, cost efficiencies, and organizational priorities. Primary content liaison for data, information, and knowledge resources.

Summary
Supports the Daiichi Sankyo global locations by administering CI-LIB's content portfolio. Assists in selecting, procuring, and managing information resources, with careful consideration of business needs, cost efficiencies, and organizational priorities. Primary content liaison for data, information, and knowledge resources.
Responsibilities
- Continue to monitor marketplace trends for information resources, including the evaluation and comparison of tools; partner with Procurement to negotiate with content providers, maximizing our support of regional and global business needs. Serve as a liaison with vendors for user access and coordination.
- Manage process to maintain existing and new content, manage their contracts and financial administration, and work with users through change management.
- Leverage advanced tools, such as PowerBI and AI, to provide data analysis and visualization, supporting the CI-LIB team through projects, initiatives, and evolving work to meet stakeholder needs.
- Develop and advance methods to continuously assess the needs of the organization and ensure business alignment for information resources—locally, regionally, globally.
- Analyze content usage and provide meaningful evaluation of the content portfolio based on internal key performance indicators (KPIs); develop strategies to maximize ROI. Leverage BI capabilities in RightFind.
- Maintain a governance model for information resources licensed and a financing model for chargebacks and allocation. Maintain resource map of information services licensed, including funding thereof for budget tracking and reporting.

Education Qualifications (from An Accredited College Or University)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Procurement – Required
- Master's Degree in Library / Information Science or a Life Science – Preferred
- 4 or more years' experience in a corporate setting, with emphasis on content licensing and procurement – Required
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry – Preferred
- Experience working in or with a library – Preferred
- Ability to travel up to 5%
- Ability to participate in early morning or late evening teleconferences with international colleagues
