Job Overview
Daiichi Sankyo is looking for an Oncology Diagnostic Expert Leader to guide the development and implementation of companion diagnostics (CDx) in support of projects within the company's Early and Late Stage Development Portfolio.
In this critical role, you will leverage your expertise to develop and execute comprehensive CDx project plans, ensuring alignment with Global Program Teams (GPT) for therapeutic projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CDx project plans, ensuring alignment with GPT for therapeutic projects.
- Collaborate closely with Translational Science, Clinical Biomarkers, Biosample Operations, Clinical Leads, and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure successful CDx implementation.
- Stay informed about regulatory updates, policy changes, and the competitive landscape to inform diagnostic development strategies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies throughout CDx development and approval processes.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Educational background: PhD in Life Sciences or equivalent experience.
- Relevant work experience: Minimum 5 years with PhD (or MD/PharmD with relevant experience), or 8 years with MS.
- Ability to travel: Up to 10%.
