What you will do:
- Leads the continuous improvement efforts across Daikin’s Distribution Network
- Facilitates workshops, brainstorming sessions, and Kaizen events to generate innovative ideas and solutions
- Develops and implements improvement strategies, action plans, and performance metrics
- Obtains, analyzes, and coordinates corrective actions based on quality standards
- Leads continuous improvement in overall defect reduction, including creating & monitoring defect reduction procedures, and implements appropriate countermeasures
- Ensures supplier quality problems are investigated, trends are tracked, and issues coordinated with Supply Chain so that Daikin is supplied with quality parts
- Develops and oversees quality RCA & CAPA program
- Leads quality-related cost improvement efforts within area of responsibility by taking costs out of the process
- Establishes consistent and effective training curricula in consultation with department managers, ensuring training is documented and adhered to
- Establishes and maintains SOP repository on Sharepoint site
- Develops training metrics to monitor compliance and effectiveness
- Oversees new employee training program, including evaluation of the program for effectiveness
- Other duties as assigned

- 15 years of relevant experience with no Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years related experience with Bachelor’s degree
