Production Clerk

Daikin Applied is seeking a Production Clerk whose purpose is to provided clerical support at the plant facility which may include answering telephones, data entry, distribution of production materials, and reviewing records for accuracy according to standard departmental procedure. Shift: Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 6:30 pm

Location: Faribault, MN - Onsite

What You Will Do

• Processes or handles one or more of the following according to departmental procedure: customer orders, purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents, paperwork for production
• Maintains files of documents used and prepared
• Sorts and distributes production materials
• Enters or retrieves data from established computer files
• Cross references data to assure accuracy and completeness
• Answer phone calls - direct calls, give information, and greet visitors
• Performs a variety of routine clerical duties as necessary

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0-2 years of previous experience

The typical hourly pay rate for this position ranges from $14.52 - $21.39 in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
