Daikin Applied is seeking a Regional Parts Sales Manager (RPSM) to grow revenues and deliver profits by managing assigned existing and future sales channels. These channels include but are not limited to Daikin Applied rep-owned distribution, Daikin Applied Service, DACA, independent distribution, international accounts, Daikin RPCs, Johnstone wholesalers, and national accounts.
Location: This role is based within the West Region and requires travel throughout the region including; Washington, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Nevada, California, Oregon, Alaska, Hawaii, British Columbia, and Alberta.
What You Will Do

What You Will Do
- Serve as the voice of the customer, gather, and report market trends and anticipate customer wants and needs.
- Add distribution to fills gaps and grow sales.
- Identify, develop, deliver, and manage programs that grow revenues or defray costs while developing corresponding marketing collateral and supporting trade shows.
- Utilize social media and e-commerce to continue to develop and grow parts business within assigned territory.
- Forecast sales and report results, including but not limited to revenues, profits, and expenses by customer and by line of business. Analyze, draw conclusions, and direct next steps with supporting evidence.
- Manage sales growth through information communication, assisting distributors through strong relationships. Set distributor quotas and create business plans.
- Update distribution contract agreement and hold distributors accountable for compliance.
- Travel throughout assigned region to build relationships with distribution partners and Daikin Service and Parts offices.
- Audit and coach on site, including best practices for stock rotation, hiring and training, inside and outside sales, and reach to the installed base of Daikin Applied equipment.
- Manage by influence and align the activities of Daikin Applied functions, such as order management, product management and pricing, and the sales channels.
- Effectively communicate and promote Daikin Applied products and services.

- Bachelors Degree or 5 years related experience.
- Experience with multiple channel distribution selling.
- Experience with social media and e-commerce.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Though this role is remote, it is preferred the candidate live within the region and have an ability to travel up to 50%.

Salary : $90,000 - $141,700
