Daikin Applied is seeking an Order Management Specialist to facilitate the processing of customer orders and act as a liaison between customers and our factories to ensure superior level of customer satisfaction.
What you will do:
- Processes orders to meet and exceed expectations in alignment with high quality output to provide top tier customer service.
- Works independently to process orders while supporting an expanded portfolio of products.
- Work with customers to resolve customer complaints to maintain customer relationships.
- Partner with delivery team to resolve issues, determine root cause and identify ways to improve and ensure top performance with the customer and proactively mitigate non-compliance charges.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customer and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more years related experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
