Daikin Applied is seeking a talented and eager Parts Store Sales Associate for our newest location in Phoenix, AZ. This role will establish selling opportunities for Daikin Parts. This position will service customers both over the counter and over the phone as well as mange inventory. This role consists of parts identification, order management, stocking, receiving and general management of inventory. This position will also assist in inventory selection and pricing. Location: On-site; at our new location in Phoenix, AZ
What you will do:
- Sell HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies over the phone and in person interacting with customers on a daily basis.
- Create solutions to customer needs by providing overall technical support and researching options including, but not limited to receiving and processing orders, product and service questions, warranty administration and overall customer inquiries.
- Assist with inventory selection and management; ensuring it is appropriately accounted for.
- Communicate to management when pricing is not in line with market price and local product knowledge.
- Process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Drive customer policy enhancements based on need and makes exceptions to customer policies and procedures where appropriate

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- 4 years HVAC or parallel industry parts store experience.
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
- Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Commercial HVAC experience.

The typical hourly pay rate for this position ranges from $26.00 - $39.00. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
