Daikin Applied is seeking a Technical Illustrator I who will follow established best practices to produce a wide range of 3D renderings, illustrations, and animations to support various marketing initiatives. This will include developing technical and promotional materials for product catalogs, installation manuals, video content, and other customer-facing documentation. This role requires a high level of technical aptitude and the ability to turn technical concepts into clear and concise visual images and animations that convey the technical aspects of our products. Location : Hybrid, Plymouth, MN
What you will do :
- Produce a variety of renderings / animations for a wide range of Daikin Applied products
- Develop high-quality still images and animated video content to support the development of Installation & Maintenance Manuals, Operating Manuals and How to Video Instructions
- Interpret 2D drawings, sketches, pictures, and other reference material to create 3D graphics
- Utilize computer-aided drafting tools and 3D modeling software to generate final animations of our products and related technologies
- Adjust and / or change 3D existing assets to ensure they accurately convey Daikin Applied's product offerings
- Effectively communicate with marketing, engineering, and sales personnel to provide the best finished product within the desired timeframe
- Ensure consistency and quality across a large volume of assets
- Manage an extensive library of digital assets

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $49,200- $72,500 in MN . The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade to which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
